What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to join our Virgin Australia Business Flyer team. Virgin Australia Business Flyer is our business rewards program developed for the specific needs of the Small-to-Medium enterprise customer. Launched in April 2022, our member base has grown over 5x in just 2 years.
As a Product Specialist, you will help to define and deliver new product features and customer journey enhancements that deliver value to our members and contribute to a positive member experience across our Digital experience channels.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create first-class experiences for our members by driving continuous improvement, helping to streamline processes, and ensuring flawless delivery. You will also provide vital product support to multidisciplinary service teams, helping us to shape the future of our customer experience strategy.
You’ll be great in this role if:
- You are a collaborative, results-driven team player who is empathetic, resourceful and always puts the customer first.
- You have a proven track record in delivering product features and customer journey enhancements that grow customer loyalty, attract more revenue, reduce costs and provide a positive customer experience.
- You have end-to-end product lifecycle experience, having developed and launched new products or features using Agile frameworks.
- You succeed in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile teams and build strong relationships which drive collaboration at all levels.
- You can champion change throughout organisational teams, assisting with the planning and communication of product releases which support effective product release and adoption.
- You work confidently with tools like Confluence, Jira and SharePoint.
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in airline product management or fare distribution systems.
- Knowledge of loyalty product mechanics and frameworks.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and digital optimisation tools.
- Experience with Adobe enterprise products.
