About the role:

The primary objective of the Commercial Business Analyst role within the Airport Commercial Team is to provide critical analytical support to facilitate well-informed decision-making process improvement, contract management, commercial administration and successful negotiations with airports. This role plays a key part in driving effective outcomes and ensuring our airport partnerships deliver value for both the business and our customers.
You’ll be great for this role if you have:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or similar,
- At least 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Support, Commercial Administration, or aligned role,
- Sound commercial acumen,
- Strong stakeholder management and experience in dealing with a broad spectrum of internal and external business partners,
- Experience in budgeting and financial modelling, with the ability to analyse data and develop what-if scenarios and reports, to support negotiation strategy and business cases for management approval.
- A willingness to tackle a broad range of issues, by embracing the opportunity to problem solve, create efficiencies, improve processes, and develop solutions, to achieve superior commercial outcomes,
- Exposure to aviation business, supplier interface, commercial negotiations, contract review and invoice payment processing,
- Motivation to grow within the role and take on further career development opportunities and additional responsibility, over time.
- A collaborative, outcome focussed, team-based, work ethic which centres around critical thinking and achieving outstanding results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
