What you’ll be doing:

The Lead Senior CRM Specialist will support all CRM activities in the Airline Squad; working closely with the Marketing lead, this involves strategic definition of experiences across the member lifecycle before technical workflow build and launch, using Adobe Campaign Manager.

The Lead Senior CRM Specialist will also support the Marketing team members using Adobe Campaign as well as be the direct point of contact for all CRM activities for the squad group. The Lead Senior CRM Specialist will be obsessed with digital metrics and use insights for strategic and technical design, delivery and optimisation of multi-channel experiences for the partner to drive their customer and commercial outcomes. 

This is a 12 month maximum term opportunity with the potential to extend

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have hands-on experience delivering and optimising multi-channel digital experiences, campaigns and automation using the full Adobe Experience Cloud - Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Audience Manager, Target, Campaign 
  • Have SQL experience and are familiar with/have used Databricks in previous roles
  • Are experienced with using digital analytics to deliver reporting, analyse and attribute conversion, generate insight and optimise digital experiences and campaigns 
  • Have experience supporting the growth and development of direct reports
  • Are a natural problem solver
  • Have a business partnering mindset with a strong and proactive collaboratorative style 
  • Come with strong commercial acumen 
  • Know HTML, Power BI, Tableau for data analysis and modelling, business intelligence and reporting (desirable)   
  • Possess experience in building emails and email templates using HTML tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver (desirable)
