What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Manager, B2B Marketing, this role sits within our collaborative Marketing Team – voted Mumbrella’s 2023 Marketing Team of the Year. You will use your initiative and proactive approach to initiate campaigns from insight and work with multiple stakeholders bring them to life – delivered with creative flair. To be successful, you will be a natural self-starter and people-person who excels in influencing and managing mid-management stakeholders. You will be highly organised with Project management experience and a love for detail and be motivated by delivering to deadlines. You will also be highly creative. proficient in B2B marketing tactics, and keen to take on a hands-on approach to delivered your own content and materials to support our Members and Sales Teams. 

This role is a 12 month maximum term contract role.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Have 5 years mid-level marketing management experience 
  • Come with B2B Marketing, content channels and targeting approach experience 
  • Have an understanding of traditional account-based marketing approaches (B2B and B2B2C) 
  • Have stakeholder and/or Leadership experience on cross-functional projects
  • Are a natural at formulating recommendations based on data
  • Can think outside the box, and challenge status quo
  • Have the ability to test-and-learn, optimise and adapt quickly
  • Understand CRM – Adobe Campaign, Salesforce
  • Have a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, commerce and/or communications
  • Have previous CRM/CMS experience (desirable)
  • Understand project management software e.g. Jira/Miro (desirable)
