What you’ll be doing
The primary goal of the Systems Analyst role is to provide exceptional support, maintenance, and enhancement for the core reservation, departure control, and associated airline systems. This entails leveraging deep expertise in system functionality and airline operations to engage with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders and to foster strong, collaborative relationships that drive elevated levels of business and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure system issues and risks are escalated accordingly
- Respond to and resolve problems or issues raised by our internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain our systems by prioritising and delivering changes
- Improve our systems by participating in systems upgrades
- Consider end-to-end customer experience in relation to system support

- Promote effective teamwork and collaboration through proactive and open communication
- Exceptional ability to influence and communicate effectively with a wide range and level of stakeholders and vendors
- Experience working in a team environment with a strong customer service focus
- Proficiency in innovative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and easily digestible manner
- Execute tasks with great attention to detail, ensuring a high degree of accuracy in all aspects of work
Desirable but not essential...
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Information Management, Business management or other relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the aviation or travel industry, particularly as a reservations consultant
- Previous experience with system support or delivery
- Exposure to vendor and contract management
