As a Digital Production Operations Analyst,, you will help implement and support the digital and distribution systems and applications that deliver revenue for the Virgin Australia group ensuring commercial, customer & compliance objectives are met.
What you'll be doing...
- Supporting the ongoing operation, maintenance and performance of Virgin Australia's customer-facing digital platforms.
- Assisting with digital enhancements, configuration changes and production releases across customer-facing platforms.
- Working closely with business stakeholders and technology partners to understand requirements and support the delivery of solutions.
- Monitoring platform performance, analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting incident and outage management processes and helping coordinate timely issue resolution.
- Developing reports, dashboards and insights that support business decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance customer experiences and support commercial outcomes.
You'll be great in this role if you have...
- Experience supporting digital platforms, websites, applications or customer-facing technology environments Experience supporting websites, digital platforms, applications or customer-facing technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
- An understanding of system lifecycle management, production support, release processes or incident management.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering great digital experiences.
- Experience in aviation, travel or other customer-centric industries will be highly regarded.
