What you'll be doing…

As a Senior Digital Producer, you'll raise the bar on delivering exceptional content experiences across Virgin Australia's websites and app. You'll combine creativity with structure—bringing engaging customer content to life through copywriting, content publishing and search optimisation. Working across multiple stakeholders and initiatives, you'll help shape the content our customers see by combining creative thinking with data-driven insights, while ensuring our digital channels are well-governed, consistent and continuously improving.

You'll join a collaborative team that's passionate about creating seamless digital journeys, connecting traditional and next gen search functions with outstanding content, and partnering across the business to continuously improve the experiences our customers have every time they interact with our digital channels.

This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.

  • Driving content publishing, governance and strategic content direction across Virgin Australia's digital platforms.
  • Writing and editing customer-focused digital content that reflects Virgin Australia's brand voice and delivers engaging, high-quality experiences across our digital channels.
  • Develop Search-led (SEO and AEO) content systems, with a focus on structured content and knowledge bases, partnering with internal AI teams to responsibly scale content delivery and efficiency.
  • Managing website content, functionality and user experience across the Adobe Experience Manager platform, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and aligned with brand standards.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver digital campaigns, website enhancements and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our digital experiences by developing new content approaches, enhancing customer journeys and continuously evolving how we engage customers online.
  • Planning, executing and analysing A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve digital experiences and customer outcomes.
  • Monitoring website performance, customer feedback and digital metrics to identify optimisation and experience opportunities and prioritise enhancements.
  • Maintaining best practice publishing processes, content governance and web accessibility standards across all digital platforms.
  • Supporting CMS administration, troubleshooting and continuous improvements to ensure reliable and efficient content delivery.
  • Contributing to digital strategy, content roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives that help shape the future of Virgin Australia's online experience.

You'll be great in this role if you have…

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging, customer-focused digital content that reflects Virgin Australia's brand voice.
  • A creative mindset paired with strong organisational skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life while managing content governance, publishing processes and multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong experience working with Content Management Systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in SEO-driven content environments with a good understanding of the direction of AI search.
  • Experience managing website content, usability and accessibility.
  • Experience planning, executing and analysing A/B testing or digital optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital performance data and recommend improvements.
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience delivering digital experiences within a large, complex organisation, with the confidence and maturity to partner with diverse stakeholders and successfully navigate competing priorities.
  • Experience within travel, aviation, retail or other customer-centric organisations operating at scale will be highly regarded.
