What you’ll be doing:

The Senior Manager, Transformation will be responsible for providing deep insights into transformation opportunities across Virgin Australia. Working with the transformation team to lead the company transformation program, and ideation of strategic, innovative, and cross functional projects.

• Provide strategic and analytical insights to key stakeholders on all aspects of our transformation initiatives
• Identify and prioritise strategic transformation opportunities, collaborating with various departments for seamless execution
• Manage internal cross-functional and external consulting teams to unlock transformational value across all potential areas
• Establish key performance metrics across transformational projects
• Manage the development and delivery of performance reports and benchmarking activities
• Provide essential support to each division/department in refining impactful transformation metrics
• Cultivate a data-driven culture by employing data and analytical approaches in decision-making processes

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, commerce, or accounting
• Extensive experience in consulting and demonstrated proficiency in leadership roles
• Track record of delivering key insights and making impactful decisions
• Lead business processes, with a focus on successful change implementation
• Possess practical understanding of commercial operations and financial management
• Demonstrated a strong capability to drive change effectively and efficiently
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to shape decision making processes

Desirable skills:

• Master’s in Business Administration
• Proficiency in financial modelling
• Strong background in human-centred change management
• Demonstrated expertise in business strategy development
• Experience in project management within an agile setting
• Ability to conduct business planning at an enterprise level
• Previous experience in corporate and project risk management
