With multiple opportunities across our Group, this is your chance to apply your critical and analytical thinking on cutting edge solutions in Airline / Airport Operations. You’ll be great in this role if you…

• Have a Tertiary qualification in Business or similar
• Have at least three years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within either Airline / Airport Operations, Engineering, Loyalty Programs, Human Resources, Finance, Commercial/Customer or IT
• Are living in Sydney or Brisbane

You’ll be someone with a sharp eye for detail, who strives to deliver clear, accurate, top-quality work. You like to keep things standardised and solve problems with a 'trust but verify' approach. You break down complex issues into manageable chunks and can easily spot hidden patterns. You’re someone who communicates clearly and concisely while setting ambitious goals. And you’re adaptable, bouncing back from challenges, and providing top-notch customer service.

You’re all about integrity, welcoming feedback, and staying cool under pressure. Great people skills are something you’ve got in spades, including understanding diverse needs and persuading others effectively. You like to be proactive and are a team player – enjoying creating memorable moments with your team.
