About the role

- Support business readiness, change management and the transition of projects into business-as-usual.
- Track and report expected commercial, financial, customer and operational outcomes.
- Work with suppliers, technology partners, system integrators and internal teams where required.
About you
You’re an experienced program or project manager who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex initiatives. You’re comfortable working across both technology and operational workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- At least five years’ project or program management experience.
- Experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programs with technology and operational components.
- Strong governance, risk, dependency, change and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical capability, including interpreting data and presenting clear recommendations.
- A customer-focused approach to solution development.
- The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline.
Experience in financial services, payments, cards, loyalty or another highly regulated, customer-facing environment will be highly regarded. Project management certification and knowledge of financial services platforms will also be beneficial.
