What you’ll be doing…

As a Platform Manager , you’ll own the governance, performance and continuous improvement of our enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence. These are critical, enterprise-wide tools that support the entire business, and you’ll ensure they are secure, scalable and aligned to enterprise architecture and strategic outcomes.

You’ll be accountable for the ServiceNow platform at scale, spanning capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM and more, ensuring the platform operates as a reliable, high-performing service for the organisation.

Working closely with Product/Platform Managers across Enterprise IT Products, you’ll enable platform capabilities rather than define business workflows, ensuring teams can deliver outcomes within clear standards, guardrails and architectural direction.

You’ll govern platform configuration and data model changes, enforce standards and drive consistency across the ecosystem. Partnering with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll ensure solutions are efficient, compliant and built for long-term sustainability.

This role calls our Brisbane Head Office home — so we’re looking for someone who’s already here or ready to make the move.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and lifecycle of enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence
  • Act as the accountable owner for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability and scalability across all modules
  • Define and enforce platform standards, governance and guardrails across the ecosystem
  • Govern and approve configuration and data model changes to ensure alignment to architecture and long-term sustainability
  • Manage multiple managed service providers, ensuring performance, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Drive platform optimisation, automation and reuse at a platform level, not individual workflows
  • Ensure platform performance, resilience and integration across enterprise systems
  • Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to enable scalable, fit-for-purpose platform capabilities
  • Support and enhance service management processes including incident, problem and change

You will be great in this role if you have…

  • 5+ years experience managing enterprise platforms in complex environments
  • Deep ServiceNow expertise across multiple modules, with experience operating at enterprise scale
  • Experience owning and optimising enterprise collaboration platforms such as Jira and Confluence
  • Proven experience managing multiple managed service providers and holding vendors accountable for outcomes
  • Strong understanding of platform governance, integrations and architectural alignment
  • Ability to assess impact, risk and scalability of platform changes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
