Hello. We’re Virgin Australia. We’re the airline that’s always done things a little different. Our way. The Virgin way. We’re on a mission to make flying better than ‘nice’. And to do that, it takes a team of talented people who are passionate about customer experience, doing the right thing always, with a focus on safety – in the air, on the ground and in our workplaces. A team who values real diversity and inclusion, in a big brand with big ambitions.

What you’ll be doing:

As Marketing Advisor SME Partner Marketing you'll develop and deliver partnerb led marketing campaigns that drive growth for Virgin Australia Business Flyer, supporting both customer acquisition and commercial outcomes for our partners. Working across owned and paid channels you'll bring commercial priorities to life through targeted, data driven campaigns that increase engagement, grow billings and deliver measurable business impact. You'll manage campaigns end to end from planning and execution through to optimisation and performance analysis, using insights to continuously improve results and identify new growth opportunities.

Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders, including Partnerships, Commercial, Digital, Sales and Velocity Frequent Flyer as well as external partner organisations. You'll work closely with these teams to deliver integrated co marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment on audience strategy, messaging and performance objectives. Along the way, you'll champion a test and learn approach, leveraging audience segmentation, channel optimisation and experimentation to maximise campaign effectiveness, while ensuring all activity meets brand, legal and compliance requirements.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Bring at least three years marketing experience in a commercial environment, with exposure to financial services, loyalty programs or partnerships viewed favourably
  • Have a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and a proven ability to execute campaigns across both owned and paid channels
  • Know how to create and deliver partner or co marketing campaigns that drive measurable commercial outcomes and deliver value for all stakeholders
  • Are confident using data and insights to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Can translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that support business growth and commercial decision making
  • Build trusted relationships with ease and enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared goals
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while remaining focused on activities that deliver the greatest commercial impact
  • Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high quality work, particularly in environments where compliance and governance are important

We’re committed to looking after you, with some of the best benefits and conditions in the industry – including (but not limited to):

  • Discounted flights for you and your loved ones (including $1000 worth of travel credits per year)
  • A flexible, hybrid work style. Work from home or the office, adapt your location to suit your style and needs
  • One of Brisbane’s most admired head office locations, with South Bank train station, a supermarket, pharmacy, and lunch options downstairs plus a 5-minute walk to the Busway, a rooftop restaurant and onsite gym (with a low membership fee) and South Bank Parklands just across the road
  • Discounts on travel insurance, lounge membership, car hire, accommodation, and experiences worldwide
  • Cheaper hospitality, retail, technology, beauty and wellness services
  • Free counselling and access to a wellbeing app to support your physical, mental, social and financial health
  • ‘Dress for Your Day’ – enjoy the freedom to wear whatever makes you feel great for the type of work you do and the day you have ahead of you.
