Reporting to the GM, People & HR Transformation, the objective of the role is to strategically partner with executives and senior leaders of a corporate portfolio to develop and execute people plans that enable the delivery of divisional business strategies in line with our purpose, values and culture.  

As a Senior Leader in the People team, you are responsible for ensuring all our people feel valued. In this role you will play a key role through the execution of the people strategy and HR transformation will ensure we create moments that matter for our people, exciting and energising them in a way that translates to delighted guests.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders using data-driven insights and industry best practice to shape initiatives. 

  • Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organisational effectiveness. 

  • Work collaboratively across the People function to deliver Group people programs and shape tailored initiatives that achieve divisional objectives. 

  • Using strong commercial acumen to influence stakeholders and effect transformational change. 

  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation within the people function and across the organisation.   
What you need to be successful: 

  • Demonstrated capability successfully partnering with senior leaders in a large, complex and dynamic organisation. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience translating business needs into effective people solutions. 

  • A confident business adviser with good judgement and the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. 

  • An established People Leader with experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals. 

  • Sound knowledge of employee relations practices, industrial relations issues and experience in leading the implementation of organisational change.
