Reporting to the GM, People & HR Transformation, the objective of the role is to strategically partner with executives and senior leaders of a corporate portfolio to develop and execute people plans that enable the delivery of divisional business strategies in line with our purpose, values and culture.
As a Senior Leader in the People team, you are responsible for ensuring all our people feel valued. In this role you will play a key role through the execution of the people strategy and HR transformation will ensure we create moments that matter for our people, exciting and energising them in a way that translates to delighted guests.
Key Accountabilities:

Strategic advisor to executives and senior leaders using data-driven insights and industry best practice to shape initiatives.

Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and drive organisational effectiveness.

Work collaboratively across the People function to deliver Group people programs and shape tailored initiatives that achieve divisional objectives.

Using strong commercial acumen to influence stakeholders and effect transformational change.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation within the people function and across the organisation.

Demonstrated capability successfully partnering with senior leaders in a large, complex and dynamic organisation.

Strong commercial acumen with proven experience translating business needs into effective people solutions.

A confident business adviser with good judgement and the ability to engage, influence and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

An established People Leader with experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.

Sound knowledge of employee relations practices, industrial relations issues and experience in leading the implementation of organisational change.
