As Head of Partnerships, Retail & Revenue Growth, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, commercial growth and customer value. Reporting to our Chief Marketing & Sustainability Officer, you’ll lead strategy across partnerships, sponsorships, retail, ancillary marketing and emerging revenue opportunities, focused on profitable growth and stronger customer outcomes.

You’ll lead major partnerships and sponsorships, drive retail and ancillary growth, develop opportunities with tourism, airport and alliance partners, and support new revenue streams including the Travel Media Network and travel portfolio

You’ll be great in this role if you…

You’re a commercially minded senior leader who can move between strategy and execution. You’ll bring strong executive influencing skills, commercial judgement and experience across revenue growth, partnerships, investment and performance. You’ll also be a confident people leader who can build strong relationships and create accountability for results.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Significant commercial experience across revenue growth, profitability, investment decisions, negotiation and performance management
• Demonstrated experience building and leading major commercial, sponsorship or community partnerships
• Experience developing retail, customer or growth strategies and translating insight and performance data into measurable commercial outcomes
• Proven experience establishing or scaling new products, ventures or revenue streams through cross-functional delivery
• Strong people leadership experience, including developing senior talent and creating clear accountability for results
