What you’ll be doing
As an Advanced Analytics Specialist within Revenue Management, you will be responsible for developing predictive models, conducting complex analytics and building decision tools that identify and unlock incremental commercial value. You will support senior stakeholders by translating data into clear narratives and actionable insights that help drive key decisions across our business.
You will…
- Develop and deploy advanced predictive models to forecast demand, pricing and financial outcomes, to strengthen assumptions, improve decision quality and enable smarter trade-offs across the business
- Conduct complex analysis, using historical performance, customer and industry data to uncover patterns and insights that inform commercial strategy and targeted pricing and inventory decisions
- Be a proactive commercial thought partner; researching current industry trends, practices and methods and providing expert knowledge to shape/improve overall performance
- Develop tools, systems and infrastructure needed to support a high-performing Advanced Analytics functions, including custom analytics solutions and next-gen technologies (such as machine learning & AI)
You’ll be great in this role if you have…
- 2–4 years’ experience in advanced analytics, data science or operations research
- Strong experience in predictive modelling and forecasting
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL and PowerBI
- Ability to communicate informed conclusions on complex data to senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping decisions with evidence-based insight
- High attention to detail, strong organisation and the ability to prioritise
- A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related discipline
Desirable
- Experience in Databricks
- Experience in pricing or revenue management (Aviation experience highly advantageous)
