What you’ll be doing

As our Ancillary Performance Marketing Lead, you’ll be at the heart of driving incremental revenue through smart, data-led marketing strategies. You’ll own the roadmap for ancillary product marketing – think baggage, seat selection, and other extras – and work closely with teams across Commercial, Revenue Management, Legal, and Marketing to bring campaigns to life. You’ll be the go-to for pricing strategy, campaign performance analysis, and creative execution, ensuring our ancillary offerings hit the mark for our guests and our bottom line.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
…love diving into data to uncover insights, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating across teams to make things happen. You’ll be someone who can balance creativity with commercial thinking, and who’s not afraid to test, learn and iterate to get the best results.
You’ll also bring:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years’ experience in the airline/travel industry or strategy/management consulting, with a focus on commercial, revenue or marketing analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Adobe suite (AEM, Target, Analytics)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A knack for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights
