What you’ll be doing:
As a Paid Media and AdTech Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving efficient, effective, and privacy safe paid media campaigns through smart use of marketing and advertising technologies. Sitting within the Paid Media team, you’ll help shape and optimise our digital advertising ecosystem, ensuring we’re leveraging the right tools and platforms to deliver impactful results.
Beyond campaign execution, you’ll also contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives across the marketing function, supporting projects in personalisation, analytics, and automation to enhance how we connect with audiences and measure success.
This is a 6 month maximum term opportunity.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media or marketing analytics (you know your way around a dashboard)
- Have spent time in the trenches—either at a media agency or on the tech vendor side
- Are fluent in digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Marketing Platform
- Know your DMPs from your CDPs and can navigate data platforms with confidence
- Understand how tagging works and how to manage the delivery of it between teams
- Love solving puzzles, especially the data kind, and have a knack for spotting patterns others miss
- Understand the nuts and bolts of digital media campaigns, from setup to optimisation
- Have a solid grasp of how tech and analytics power modern advertising
- Feel at home working with data and turning it into meaningful insights
- Can analyse media performance and translate numbers into smart, actionable strategies
- Are meticulous when it comes to data quality and accuracy
- Know your digital marketing principles and enjoy collaborating across teams
- Hold a tertiary qualification in business or a related field
- Bonus: You’ve worked with product and pricing feeds in paid media campaigns
- Extra bonus: You’ve got project management chops and know how to keep things moving smoothly
