Reporting into the Head of Customer Analytics within our CoE, the Manager, Advanced Analytics will lead a high-performing team of three focused on unlocking data-driven value for Velocity’s partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting partner success through the development of scalable data products, strategic reviews, and commercial analytics. 

In addition, you will: 

  • Lead development of partner-orientated data products such as self-service BI (e.g. a partner data suite). 

  • Support strategic reviews and pre-sales activities including business development, commercial proposals, and data enablement pitches. 

  • Own and evolve our data sharing capabilities with partners (e.g. cooperative marketing), ensuring security, utility, and commercial outcomes. 

  • Design and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate partner performance and the impact of co-designed data initiatives. 

  • Provide commercial modelling and insights for partner pricing, investment, and optimisation decisions. 

  • Build and manage a multidisciplinary analytics team skilled in data product development, behavioural analytics, and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Lead innovation in analytics approaches, tools, and technologies to enhance partner data enablement. 

  • Success in coaching and developing analytical talent and contributing in cross-functional teams 

You’ll be great in this role if you: 

  • Have 8–10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a similar data-driven role, ideally with exposure to partner/agency-side dynamics. 

  • Bring 3+ years leading analytics or data product teams with a focus on external client or partner delivery. 

  • Have experience in data product development – articulating customer needs, shaping requirements, and delivering value through insight products. 

  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with experience in business development, RFP/pitch responses, and financial modelling. 

  • Are confident translating complex data into compelling insights for non-technical commercial audiences. 

  • Are familiar with partner data ecosystems, data sharing strategies, and scalable platform delivery.
