Sales Performance Specialist

What you’ll be doing

The Sales Performance Specialist will play a pivotal role in unlocking insights from complex datasets to boost sales performance across the Corporate and Agency markets.

You’ll be the mastermind behind providing the tools and frameworks that empower our sales team to uncover trends and seize opportunities, transforming them into impactful recommendations. By fostering a data-driven culture, you’ll ensure that our sales strategies align seamlessly with business goals, driving growth and delivering exceptional results from the entire Group.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, using your expertise to align sales data with broader business objectives.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

  • Relevant Bachelor degree or qualifications in Agile Project Management
  • Aviation or travel industry experience in B2B or B2B2C experience in a Sales or Marketing capacity/division
  • Proven experience interrogating and analysing large bodies of data to generate actionable insights in a client friendly narrative
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including managing multiple enhancement and priority queues
  • Coding experience would be highly beneficial, particularly SQL
  • Ability to learn and understand airline sales distribution channels
  • Experience with CRM tools most preferable Salesforce would be highly regarded
