Join our high-performing Paid Media team dedicated to delivering innovative, efficient, and privacy-safe paid media campaigns. We’re at the forefront of digital transformation, enhancing our marketing strategies through advanced technology, analytics, and automation.
As a Paid Media and AdTech Specialist, you will leverage marketing and advertising technology to optimize our campaigns. You’ll play a crucial role in digital transformation projects, enhancing personalization, analytics, and automation across the marketing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure all third-party tags are current and compliant with our Governance Framework.
- Lead Privacy Impact Assessments and Vendor Security Assessments
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors regarding product and pricing feeds.
- Collaborate with data agencies to implement third-party tracking.
- Enhance marketing communications by leveraging business and customer data
- Work with media agencies to ensure accurate and functional reporting dashboards.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and enhance media effectiveness.
- Partner with ad platforms to optimize performance and implement enhancements.
- Introduce new features and products as relevant.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Transformation teams on marketing initiatives.
- Deliver Paid Media-specific projects and support the implementation of new initiatives.
- Assist in data access and quality assurance as part of the measurement framework
You’ll be great in this role if you:
Tertiary or equivalent business qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid media or marketing analytics
- Advanced proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform)
- Strong understanding of web tracking and third-party tag management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing agencies or vendors for media campaign implementation.
- Familiarity with data management platforms (DMPs or CDPs).
- Proven project management experience, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
