Project Coordinator – Ancillary Products – 12 Month Full Time Contract.

What you’ll be doing…

As a Project Coordinator you will support and ensure delivery of project governance for the successful execution of ancillary projects.

You will…

  • Support stakeholders with completion of project deliverables
  • Perform all activities related to project management, organise meetings, set timelines, track progress, and provide reports
  • Work with the Project Managers within the portfolio to ensure that project frameworks are up to date and reflective of each projects progress
  • Provide regular project reports to the Programme Manager and other Stakeholders
  • Work with the Project Leadership team ensuring all key milestones within the schedule are tracked and met. Support the financial tracking to ensure budget frameworks are adhered to.
  • Facilitate and participate in project related meetings; daily project leadership stand-ups; risk, issue and decision register review and weekly meetings and workshops
  • Maintain the program/project governance artefacts including in SharePoint and Confluence

You’ll be great in this role if you have…

  • A qualification in Project management or equivalent
  • Have prior experience as a Project Coordinator (essential). (Experience managing key aspects of small and large projects) Experience in a regulated industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint for multiple audiences and Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and other MS applications
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
  • Have proven ability to building strong relationships to drive a positive working culture
  • Can think outside the box about how to be more efficient and effective in what we do and how we do it
