Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with a passion for product development, and a desire to create an attractive and seamless product offering for our members.

You will bring expertise across project delivery, strategy, operations, compliance, growth, development, service performance, customer satisfaction, and people leadership. Providing product support to multi-disciplinary service teams, applying strengths where applicable and leveraging subject matter experts within the broader organisation as required to meet product delivery timelines in a fast paced, forward thinking, and innovative environment.

You will be able to engage extensively with peers and others across the organisation to build close collaboration across teams which is needed for successful delivery and operation of services from marketing, operations, technology to sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and baseline scope, deliverables, and timing of the projects.
  • Ensuring required resources are in place to deliver the desired program outcomes.
  • Defining, establishing, and delivering product and marketing initiatives aligned to commercial strategies.
  • Play an active role in identifying new growth opportunities within the portfolio and with new partnership opportunities.
  • Developing complete product offering from early-stage research and ideation, to implementation and iteration.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Sets and monitor product goals and assess overall performance of teams utilizing Agile reporting.
  • Craft product messaging, copy and content for assets across critical channels.
  • Own the product deliverables for the marketing function and deliver a product content strategy.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • More than five years’ experience in product development or product marketing
  • Experience in Loyalty Product Management
  • Experience in Airline Product Management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading end to end product lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders
  • Excellent engagement and influencing skills at different levels.
  • Strong cross-functional experience.
  • Critical thinking, analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B distribution market dynamics, participants and customer requirements including internet booking engine (IBE), loyalty systems and payment products
  • Proven track record in delivering features and innovation that grow customer loyalty, attract more revenue and reduce cost
