As the E-Commerce Digital Producer, you will be responsible for producing, managing, and optimising content and merchandising across our e-commerce platforms. You will report to the Digital Experience & Optimisation Lead and play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences that engage customers and drive commercial performance.
This is a 12-month opportunity to make a large impact across the Velocity Marketplace
In addition, you will:
- Manage and maintain website content using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Merchandise products across online marketplaces, executing strategies to maximise conversion and sales performance.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Collaborate with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive, seamless user journeys, applying best practice in content structure, accessibility, and SEO.
- Liaise with development teams to support technical implementation, monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive ongoing optimisation.
- Independently prioritise and manage tasks, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and e-commerce results.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to cross-functional projects, testing, QA, and go-live activities.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in digital, marketing, IT, or a related discipline
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce
- 2–5 years’ experience managing and operating an online marketplace
- Analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency using the Adobe stack, including: (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Commerce)
- Solid understanding of UX and accessibility principles, with familiarity in content and merchandising best practices
