People Process Analyst

The HR Process Analyst is responsible for providing expert knowledge of HR systems and processes to support the HCM Transformation Program. This involves identifying and documenting existing processes within the People Team, as well as recommending improvements to drive transformation and enhance efficiency, ensuring maximum value is achieved from the upgrade to the new HCM system. This position will be a 12-month maximum term contract based at our Brisbane Head Office in South Bank.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the delivery of the HCM transformation project by creating and maintaining current process map documentation
  • Cleanse existing datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Document current processes and identify areas for improvement and increased proficiency
  • Contribute to solution design utilising knowledge of HR systems and processes ensuring compliance requirements are taken into consideration (eg. IT Security, Privacy etc)
  • Manage stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions that meet required outcomes and act as the main point of contact on initiatives
  • Build a strong collaborative rapport with the People team stakeholders, internal IT teams and vendors.

You’ll be great in this role if you have…

  • Tertiary level education
  • HCM System experience and knowledge of HR systems and how they integrate to other systems
  • HR process knowledge of reporting and analytics and its application across Business and Shared Services functions
  • Experience using management systems and manipulating large data sets
  • Proficient in Power Bi, Excel, Power Point, Lucid Chart and Power Query
  • Proven experience managing small initiatives
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
