You will….

As a Safety Data Specialist, you will drive improvements in the Safety Management System by ensuring data integrity, supporting safety analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance safety outcomes. You’ll be responsible for refining reporting systems, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, and contributing as a subject matter expert in system updates.

  • Design measure, and improve key risk and safety metrics and reporting capabilities
  • Present critical safety data to assist operational teams in decision-making
  • Maintain and improve the integrity of all safety data sources
  • Map and optimize internal systems to ensure integration and automation
  • Identify and implement new data sources to enhance reporting
  • Contribute to business projects as a subject matter expert
  • Research and apply best practices in data management and analysis

You’ll be great in this role if you have…

  • 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role, particularly in safety-related environments, with a proven ability to research and present data from various sources
  • 2-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in safety-related fields.
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decision-making and build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience managing datasets and presenting data clearly
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
  • Aviation industry experience is a plus
