What you’ll be doing:

The Agile Coach role works closely with the Agility Manager to cultivate an agile way of working at Velocity that best supports Velocity customers and the business. 

You will coach leaders and teams in their practice of agile, empowering them to be self-organising, customer-focused and self-improving. In doing so, you will play a key role in facilitating the organisational culture necessary for sustained success.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

• Have experience working in a large complex environment as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
• Come from a background of working in a scaled Agile environment
• Are a demonstrated and experienced coach and mentor to Agile teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters maximising their potential
• Have a deep knowledge of Agile and Lean values, principles, and practices
• Can guide teams and organisations through transformational change
• Are a natural at coaching and mentoring senior leadership teams
• Have proven ability to deliver compelling training and workshops, as well as facilitating meetings with teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Have intimate knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Information Technology and are a certified  Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org) and Product Owner
