We’re on the lookout for a Specialist, Crew Tracking to help drive performance, compliance, and capability within our Crew Tracking team. In this key role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert, providing hands-on support and guidance across your portfolio to ensure our team delivers operational excellence—enabling both our people and our customers to achieve their goals. What you’ll be doing: 

• Participate in audits across Flight Operations, internal departments, and external organisations. 

• Investigate and respond to occurrence reports. Implement process changes where required. 

• Identify and action opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and process effectiveness. 

• Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving team capability and departmental effectiveness. 

• Communicate policy and process changes clearly and effectively across the business. 

• Drive enhancements within supplier operations to better support the Crew Tracking function. 

• Ensure regular communication of information within the department. 

What you need to be successful: 

• Demonstrated understanding of airline operations or similar operations control experience. 

• Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring a team  

• Ability to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment. 

• Comfortable and confident in a collaborative, fast paced team environment. 

• Exceptional communication, problem solving and organisational skills. 

• Meticulous attention to detail.
