What you’ll be doing: 

As the Marketing Specialist for our Home and Life squad, you’ll lead the charge in delivering impactful marketing strategies for our Coalition partners. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing initiatives—balancing strategic direction, lifecycle planning, and commercial objectives. From shaping go-to-market plans to driving brand growth across multiple touchpoints, you’ll play a key role in deliver wonderful member experiences. 

You’ll be great in this role if you: 

  • Have 5+ years mid-level marketing management experience 
  • Can lead, plan and optimise integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Have end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaign delivery experience 
  • Have multi-level stakeholder management 
  • Can brief and lead agency deliverables 
  • Have proven ability to build strong relationships 
  • Ability to follow business process to required timelines 
  • Come with commercial and budget management experience 
  • Can critically analyse marketing program effectiveness 
  • Are an independent operator – ability to take a brief and run with it, but comfortable to ask questions 
  • Have a strong skillset and knowledge of data-driven and digital marketing techniques and processes 
  • Have strong analytical, analysis and reporting skills 
  • Can work with campaign management tools in complex environments 
  • Have digital marketing capability, using data and tools to enhance and optimise campaign constructs 
  • Come with CRM and lifecycle marketing experience 
  • Have campaign orchestration and lifecycle management 
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Have previous airline or loyalty experience (desirable) 
  • Come with retail marketing experience (desirable) 
  • Are familiar and have worked in an agile structure (desirable)
