Team Leader Stores

What you’ll be doing

As a Team Leader you will supervise a team within in the Stores/Warehouse.

In this role your responsibilities include: -

  • Safety & Compliance of the warehouse operational functions
  • Communication of daily operational requirements
  • Workplace Health & Safety
  • Investigate any inventory discrepancies
  • Team Member engagement, and on the job training
  • Ensure all products are packaged in accordance with OEM recommendations and company policies to provide adequate protection against damage during storage, handling and shipping.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Sound computer literacy skills
  • Proven interpersonal / communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with people effectively.
  • Inventory control experience within an aircraft maintenance stores environment
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
