What you’ll be doing: 

Are you ready to help drive strategic value through high-impact airline partnerships? We are looking for a dynamic Change Manager to join our team and play a key role in maximising successful delivery for one of Virgin Australia’s largest airline partnerships. 

In this role, you will cultivate and manage strong relationships across Virgin Australia, Velocity Frequent Flyer, airline partner counterparts and third parties to inform the development and execution of a comprehensive change management plan that underpins successful implementation of our expanded partnership.  

Working closely with the Program Manager, Airline Partnerships, you will support other program implementation elements as required, including coordinating and supporting the delivery of meetings, from program stakeholders through to the Executive Leadership Team.   

You’ll be great in this role if you have: 

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Behavioural Sciences, or related field. 

  • Experience in change management with knowledge of tools, methods, and best practices. 

  • Success managing medium- to large-scale organisational change in complex, fast-paced environments. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences. 

  • Strong relationship-building skills at all levels of an organisation.  

  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders toward shared goals. 

  • Understanding of organisational challenges and dynamics. 

  • Knowledge of how people adapt to and navigate change. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools and processes. 

Desirable skills: 

  • Certification in change management methodologies. 

  • Experience in the aviation industry, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics. 

  • Sharp business acumen and the ability to address organiszational issues specific to the aviation sector. 

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and propose innovative or refined approaches to improve processes and outcomes.
