What you’ll be doing:
The Non-Air Rewards Product Lead role is responsible for the end-to-end management of an innovative new rewards product and will be integral to driving partnership success and financial performance as the product scales.
The role of Non-Air Redemption Channel Product Manager sits within the Airline Loyalty and Rewards team and reports to the Manager of Program Redemptions and Rewards.
This role incorporates commercial aptitude with relationship management and strategic roadmap development – by taking the lead on the product pipeline you will be expected to implement and drive a plan for growth for the roadmap, considering optimisation, partnership development and proposition growth across the full partner lifecycle.
You’ll be great in this role if you have:
- Experience in Loyalty / Business Development / Strategy / Management Consulting / Product Management (3-5+ years)
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms and technical integration / partnership contracts
- Experience in translating business questions into critical analysis to prove / disprove hypothesis
- Experience interrogating and analysing large bodies of data to generate actionable insights
- Experience in working with stakeholders to implement customer facing product or features
- A self-starter attitude – someone who has an eye for an opportunity and an ability to be able to conceptualise and visualise what success looks like and embed ideas into action
- Creative problem-solving skills and a mind set for test and learn
- Have an intimate and deep knowledge of the loyalty landscape, programs and players and specifically redemption economics, breakage and ROI mechanisms
- Strong customer orientation focused on delivering enhances experiences for our partners and members
- Proven business management from forecasts, budgeting and monthly reporting
- Knowledge of product development approach and principals
- General understanding of payments Industry and frequent flyer programs
- Direct marketing / CRM practices
- Experience in an agile workplace (desirable)
- Leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders whilst not being a direct line manager (desirable)
