Virgin Australia Training & Standards team – Management vacancies
The Training & Standards department at Virgin Australia is responsible for the Training, development and operational standards of all Virgin Australia Flight Crew.
As a department, to ensure that our training & checking teams are fully supported, we are currently seeking applications for the following positions;
- B737 Fleet Training Manager
- B737 Fleet Standards Manager
Your current aircraft type is less important than us finding the right person for these important roles.
With B737-8Max deliveries scheduled for late 2019, followed by the -10Max, these opportunities represent an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of training & standards on the B737 fleet, and within Virgin Australia.
It is essential that you have the following experience;
- Current ATPL / IR
- Current jet aircraft type rating on an aircraft over 50 tonnes
- Significant commercial flying experience (5000+ hours), or military equivalent
- Previous relevant Check & Training experience
- A strong team ethic
- A passion for training
Ideally, you will also have;
- B737 Type Rating
- Current relevant Check & Training experience
- Proven experience in building effective check & training programmes
Location & Remuneration
The role will be based in Brisbane.
