What you’ll be doing…

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role within our Commercial IT portfolio, supporting the delivery of technology initiatives that enable commercial strategy and drive business value.

This role will primarily focus on initiatives across ancillary products and services, helping to enhance the customer journey while supporting revenue growth. You will also contribute to a broader range of commercial and technology projects across the business.

You will act as the bridge between business and technology, leading end-to-end Business Analysis activities across complex initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned to both customer and commercial outcomes.

This role is based in our Brisbane Head Office. 

You will….

• Lead end-to-end stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering across small to large, complex projects
• Analyze business problems, map current processes and define future-state solutions that improve efficiency and customer outcomes
• Support delivery of commercial and ancillary initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue, conversion and customer experience
• Develop high-quality documentation including business requirements, process maps and solution designs
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to align stakeholders and drive clarity
• Own Business Analysis deliverables, ensuring outputs are completed on time and to a high standard
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects and delivery teams to support planning, solution design and testing
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Build strong relationships across Technology and the broader business, acting as a trusted advisor
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce duplication and support continuous improvement

You will be great in this role if you have…

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally across complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong experience leading stakeholder engagement and end-to-end requirements gathering
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, with experience supporting customer-facing or revenue-generating initiatives
• Proven ability to analyze and document business requirements, map processes and support delivery through to testing
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to work autonomously and quickly build context to deliver value from day one
