What you’ll be doing
As a Specialist, Revenue Growth & Optimisation, you’ll support the delivery of initiatives that drive commercial performance across pricing, inventory management, and broader Revenue Management transformation.
Working closely with the Senior Manager and wider Commercial teams, you will:
- Proactively identify, size, and deliver revenue growth opportunities across pricing, inventory and commercial optimisation
- Use data, structured problem solving, and market analysis to generate clear commercial recommendations
- Support high-impact Revenue Management transformation initiatives, from planning through to execution, including collaborating across Revenue Management, broader Commercial teams and other key stakeholders.
- Support the development of analytical tools, dashboards and experimentation frameworks (e.g. A/B testing)
You’ll be great in this role if you have…
- Experience in top-tier strategy/management consulting (2+ years) or relevant commercial/analytical roles (5+ years)
- Proven experience in translating business questions into critical analysis, and synthesis insights into a management level narrative to drive decision making
- Strong commercial acumen, strategy toolkit, and ability to quickly understand key business drivers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including strong attention to detail and experience interrogating and analysing large bodies of data to generate actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Experience operating independently, proactively identifying commercial opportunities and driving outcomes
It’s a bonus if you also have:
- Experience in airline, travel or similar industries
- Exposure to pricing strategy or large-scale transformation programs
- Experience with SQL, data visualisation tools or database techniques
