What you’ll be doing:

As an Analytics Lead, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, data and execution. Embedded within a cross-functional analytics pod, you’ll translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable insight that informs product, marketing and commercial decisions at scale.

This role is ideal for a consultant-turned-industry leader who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys influencing at senior levels, and wants to see their work directly shape customer and commercial outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Drive delivery of a centrally‑prioritised analytics backlog, partnering with stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Design and deliver sophisticated analysis, segmentation and targeting using large, complex datasets
  • Translate technical outputs into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
  • Lead, coach and mentor analysts in the Value-Stream aligned analytics pod.
  • Elevate capability in problem-solving, storytelling, stakeholder engagement and technical execution
  • Set a high bar for analytical rigour, commercial thinking and impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping decisions with evidence-based insight
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise analytics investment and drive efficiency
  • Balance short-term delivery with longer-term capability and value creation

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Bring 5+ years’ experience in insights analytics or consulting, with a strong track record of driving business outcomes
  • Have 1–2+ years’ experience leading analytics teams or workstreams
  • Have experience consulting, influencing and advising senior stakeholders independently, particularly in Product and Marketing environments
  • Bring loyalty, travel or airline experience
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Python (or similar) capability
  • Experience mining large, complex datasets to deliver advanced analytics, segmentation and targeting
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or modern cloud-based data platforms
  • Strong business-partnering mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
