Marketing Leader Growth & Engagement

What you’ll be doing:

As the Marketing Leader for Growth and Engagement, you’ll design and execute strategies that amplify awareness, drive engagement, and increase market share for our Corporate travel offering. Your focus will be on two key segments: value-driven corporate clients and the travel management companies that book on their behalf. You’ll lead initiatives that position our proposition as the go-to choice, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable growth.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Bring experience in B2B, Loyalty or Partnership marketing, and have led or mentored junior Marketers to deliver impactful results.
  • Know how to manage projects end-to-end, build strong relationships with Sales and collaborate effectively, whether hosting workshops or focus groups
  • Have experience developing new customer and / or product propositions to meet the needs of customer segments; supporting your material with case studies
  • Have creative flair and a hunger to drive fame from your initiatives and campaigns
  • Are confident in reading and analysing data to uncover insights and inform decisions
  • Have a track record of managing external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Thrive under pressure, prioritising tasks with commercial awareness while meeting deadlines
  • Understand spam and privacy compliance in a direct marketing context
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a drive to measure and meet commercial Targets
  • Bring airline or loyalty industry experience, have worked with re-sellers or trade teams and are familiar with Adobe Campaign, AEM or similar platforms.
  • Also, have experience creating customer journeys and CX strategies, along with a degree in Digital, e-Commerce or Marketing, will set you apart
