What you’ll be doing:

As the Commercial Project Manager – Ancillary you’ll be at the heart of a major transformation program, driving its successful completion You’ll take ownership of the business case and lead cross functional delivery, ensuring every milestone is met and governance stays strong. This is a role where you’ll make an impact by keeping the program on track, introducing new workstreams as needed and shaping outcomes that matter.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the program end-to-end – ensuring strong collaboration and  alignment with the Operational Project Delivery Lead.
  • Turn insights into action working with the Pet Product Specialist to build reporting frameworks that track revenue streams and product performance.
  • Champion governance by asking the right questions, make timely decisions and keep the project moving forward.
  • Drive commercial success with project P&L ownership, pricing strategies frameworks and cost recovery to ensure strong financial performance.

This is a 12 month maximum term opportunity.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Bring a strategic mindset with experience in management consulting or similar roles (4+ years) and know how to turn complex business questions into clear, actionable analysis
  • Love working with data, interrogating large datasets to uncover insights and shape decisions
  • Can confidently prepare CEO and Board-level presentations that tell a compelling story
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments, staying focused and adaptable as priorities shift
  • Have hands on experience delivering business improvement programs and managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Understand the importance of financial performance, including project P&L, pricing and cost recovery
  • Communicate with impact, whether it’s influencing stakeholders without authority or building strong relationships across teams
  • Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to think ahead and identify strategic opportunities

And bonus points if you….

  • Have experience in the airline or travel industry, financial revenue forecasting or B2B/B2B2C environments
  • Know your way around BI tools like PowerBI and can connect multiple data sources
  • Can quickly learn and apply industry specific value drivers to your work
