What you’ll be doing: 

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Manager Business Transformation to spearhead value-driven initiatives within our Transformation Program. As part of the pipeline management team in a broader transformation function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring key transformation initiatives are being delivered and tracked faithfully, partnering closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders. 

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide teams in embedding fit-for-purpose methodologies, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while delivering maximum value. You’ll proactively identify areas for improvement, refine processes, and empower leaders to make well-informed, data-backed decisions. By promoting cross-functional collaboration, you’ll bridge gaps between teams and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

You’ll be great in this role if you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent experience 
• 5+ years combined experience in management consulting, corporate strategy/transformation, project management or similar roles 
• Experience in business case development, investment appraisal, and financial governance 
• Proven leadership in managing complex, cross-functional projects 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to drive change initiatives and collaborate across business units 
• Experience influencing senior leaders and delivering transformation outcomes 
• Have great quantitative skills & passion for tracking real dollar values 

 Desirable skills: 

• Strong business acumen (aviation industry specific expertise a plus but not a must) 
• Experience with financial modelling, business strategy, and enterprise-level planning 
• Background in human-centered change management 
• Risk management expertise
