This is a 12 month maximum term opportunity with potential to extend.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for business leadership of our core marketing technology platforms in a role that requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, data engineering and analytics. The role also requires the ability to design and lead change, plus lead a small team of marketing platform engineers in a complex organisation.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Have proven experience (5+ years) in marketing technology management, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and data management
- Have experience in strategic leadership and people development
- Come with excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities
- Have a track record of data driven decision making and successful change management
- Possess a strong commitment to customer outcomes and to collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve customer experiences
- Come with a track record in contributing to solution design of platforms, data and customer experience
- Are familiar with data engineering / machine learning processes, and experience working collaboratively with these domains.
- Have technical qualifications in Marketing Platforms or Cloud Analytics Platforms (desirable)
- Have an above average knowledge of privacy, compliance and information security topics and solutions (desirable)
