What you’ll be doing: 

The Senior Business Analyst role's objective is to help our Product Owners and Project/Program Managers bring our strategy to life by building features, products and experiences our guests love. They will identify and define business problems, creating user stories drafting test cases and scripts, participating in later stage testing.  

User Acceptance and Business Verification Testing, support development of business cases and strategy documents, and performing analysis of business problems. To be successful in this role, you need to have a strong understanding of digital processes and Agile methodology. You will be a strong team player with leadership experience or willing to learn, and comfortable communicating to all levels across the business.  

You’ll be great in this role if you...  

• Have 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst  

• Relevant tertiary qualifications  

• Proven experience in digital and user testing  

• Expertise in process documentation, creation of clear user stories, reporting and data visualisation  

• Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including executive management  

• Able to define and manage business analysis deliverables  

• Experience in analysing and documenting user requirements and processes  

• Familiar with digital development and test teams  

• Proficient in UML or similar tools  

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills  

• Knowledgeable of digital and technology implementation (SDLC)   

Desirable but not essential...  

• Master's degree in IT or Computer Science  

• Previous experience working in aviation  

• 2 – 5 years' experience of leadership experience 

• Experience working in a digital squad model  

• Experience with JIRA, Collaboration/Design Boards and Confluence
