Digital Production Operations Analyst

Who we’re looking for:

The objective of the Digital Production Operations Analyst is to implement and support the digital and distribution systems and applications that deliver revenue for the Virgin Australia group ensuring commercial, customer & compliance objectives are met.

The role works closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to prioritise and drive enhancements and support the ongoing management of issues and defects to ensure the best experience for our customers is maintained whilst maximising revenue our core customer facing applications and platforms, including websites, mobile applications and booking engines.  

The role will also be responsible for the support and maintenance of these systems ensuring processes and procedures are in place to manage the resolution of issues and maintain the ongoing operation of the core systems.

** This is an 18 month FTC role based in Brisbane ideally.**

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with internal and external delivery partners, assist with analysis, definition and document the software development lifecycle for all Digital applications and platforms
  • Maintain a backlog of small system enhancements and changes working with the business and service providers to deliver timely improvements to the business  
  • Develop reports and dashboards to deliver insights and metrics related to the performance of all systems and platforms
  • Monitor analytics and social media channels daily to ensure system stability and respond where necessary based on set guidelines
  • Ability to read and update html templates and css (i.e. Tripcase itineraries)

You’ll be great in this role if you:

  • Experience working in a commercial environment (essential).
  • Confidence in successfully managing Digital platforms.
  • Experience in managing multiple products, Digital project lifecycle and system management experience
  • Software development lifecycle management experience and corporate booking engine tools experience
