About the role:

The objective of the Digital Product and Experience Manager role is to bring our digital strategy to life by building features, products and experiences that our guests love. The role leads a team to create joyful and seamless experiences for our guests, without exposing limitations.
Their manifesto is to meet and exceed expectations of internal and external stakeholders leading digital product development and transformation projects for across our airline. Collaboration is at the heart of all that you do, a goal can only be reached utilising the  expertise and skills of others.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies, functionality and capability used across the digital product suite
  • Leads customer journey mapping activities to ensure optimal end to end solutions are created
  • Responsible for data-driven decision making through analytics, financial and customer driven analysis
  • Work closely with delivery teams including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects and development team to ensure the roadmap is delivered to requirement and expectation
  • Explores UX challenges and create intuitive, accessible and seamless experiences for our users, always with the end-to-end customer journey in mind
  • Virtually lead squad resources, ensuring alignment to product and business goals

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

  • More than five years’ experience in a digital product leadership role, including leading agile projects and/or cross functional teams, ideally in the airline or travel industry
  • Proven track record in delivering features and innovation that grow customer loyalty, attract more revenue and reduce cost
  • Demonstrated success in managing technology vendors and contractors to deliver on time and on budget
  • Knowledge of platforms used by our squads including Confluence, Jira, Teams, and Sharepoint
  • Highly skilled in analytics and insight generation, ideally with Adobe Analytics and Power BI
  • Proven track record in delivering native mobile app solutions across iOS and Android
