About the Role:

The objective of the Training Centre Coordinator role is to coordinate administrative requirements and provide administrative support within & across each of the Training Centres. Assist all the training teams with preparation of classrooms, training material, record management and ensuring availability and serviceability of training aids. Providing central point of contact for the most effective and cost-efficient use of Training Facility resources.

About You:

  • Year 12 senior certificate or equivalent
  • Experience within airline operations
  • Experience in training and development
  • Experience in working with third party providers
  • Strong administrative skills across the MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gather information from a variety of sources, comprehend, analyse & collate the information
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality and training processes
  • Strong understanding of VA Group processes
