As the Lead, Member Value Proposition, you will play a key role in shaping the future of loyalty at Velocity. In this role, you’ll support the Senior Manager in evolving and delivering a compelling Member Value Proposition that deepens engagement with our most valuable segments and drives Customer Lifetime Value.
You’ll be responsible for curating loyalty offerings grounded in data-driven insights, supporting end-to-end strategy development and execution, and contributing to Member-focused projects that enhance both commercial and Member outcomes. In addition, you will:
- Support the evolution and execution of Velocity’s Member Value Proposition through research, analysis, and tactical implementation that enhances Customer Lifetime Value.
- Identify and prioritise Member value opportunities using data, market insights, and Member feedback to inform strategy and shape loyalty initiatives.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that deliver Rewards, Seamless Earn, and Personalised Experiences across the Member journey.
- Assist in developing strategic recommendations and preparing compelling business cases for senior leadership, driving investment in Member value creation.
- Support collaboration across Velocity, Commercial, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver integrated and impactful Member experiences.
- Work with data scientists to generate data-led insights and reporting, including segmentation analysis and Member lifetime value tracking, informing decision-making.
- Participate in innovation and transformation projects, bringing fresh thinking to loyalty program design and Member benefit delivery.
You’ll be great in this role if you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years in top-tier strategy or management consulting, or 4+ years in a similar in-house strategy or transformation role.
- Proven experience in strategy development, execution, and delivering value through customer or Member-focused initiatives.
- Experience in customer strategy, including the use of Voice of Customer (VoC), analytics, and digital tools to inform and execute integrated experience strategies.
- Industry experience within a customer-centric organisation; Loyalty or Airline industry experience (desirable).
- Experience with customer metrics and frameworks, including NPS, CSAT, CLV, CVP development, and conjoint analysis.
