What you’ll be doing:

As the Marketing Leader in our Everyday Earn Consumer space, you not only own the overarching marketing strategy and delivery at both a portfolio and individual partner level for your Squad, but also develop, implement and drive the change management of strategies that impact how our business works (e.g. a new go to market approach for partner marketing). You’ll strive to achieve the OKRs of your squad and objectives of your partner while always balancing the customer experience of our Velocity members.  You will inspire and motivate your team and colleagues within your Squad and across the business to reach their full potential and thrive in change.

This role reports into the Head of Coalition Marketing and works within the Everyday Earn Squad.

You’ll be great in this role if you:

• Have leadership experience across a breadth of marketing disciplines
• Are comfortable with commercial and budget management
• Have the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Come with experience in leading, planning and optimising integrated marketing campaigns
• Understand CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
• Can critically analyse marketing programs and their effectiveness, and course correct at pace.
• Have a strong skillset and knowledge of data-driven and digital marketing techniques and processes
• Have analytical, analysis and reporting skills
• Are a natural presenter and communicator
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple areas (business, partner, agencies etc)
• Can think logically and meet deadlines under pressure
• Have the ability to prioritise tasks based on commercial awareness
• Are experience with spam and privacy compliance in a direct marketing context
• Come with airline or loyalty experience (desirable)
• Have worked with campaign management tools in complex environments (desirable)
