We are seeking a curious, ambitious and courageous, ideas led innovator who strives to push boundaries and is obsessed with customer.
Joining the Branded Customer Experience & Insights team, you will support in the delivery of differentiated customer experience initiatives using best practice innovation techniques, and value analysis. You will work with product & service leaders (cabin crew, ground operations, F&B, IFE, guest contact centre, digital etc) to design, create & deliver ‘it could only be Virgin’ experiences, and you will support the business wide roll out of our new Customer Experience & Insights Platform. The role is ideally suited to an analytically minded champion to drive and guide process analysis and assist with the development of future improvement possibilities
As Customer Strategy & Innovation Advisor, some of your key accountabilities will include;
- Analysing trends, competitor behaviour & insights to help define what customers value
- Support the successful roll out, from a business process perspective, of the Customer Experience & Insights platform
- Support the development of branded & differentiated customer experience initiatives that will drive customer value
