Group Sales Consultant
Virgin Australia's Business Events and Group Sales team are searching for a person who has a passion for detailed logistics and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Someone who would see quoting and finalising a group booking of a massive 3000+ guest event as an exciting challenge. Someone who sees creating 100 PNRs for 1 group booking as a walk in the park. There are no empty inboxes in this role, the phone rings constantly and the timeframes can be hard to meet but if you love logistics and get a thrill from a successful end result, no matter how many times that booking has had to change, then this is the role for you.
The aim in this role is to retain and grow customer relationships so we are looking for someone who has nailed the art of relationship building. You will know what the customer wants and sincerely want to go that extra mile to make it happen. Your care and dedication to the customer will be evident by the hard work you put in.
